Beach Pets

All day care and overnight boarding dogs must be fully potty trained/ house broken.

 

My typical daily schedule is:

9am - feeding and walk

Mid-day - quick relief walk

5pm - feeding and walk

10pm - last walk of the night

 

I don't have any preferences for breeds, as I like dogs in general. It is a must that my new friend be socialized and able to get along well with other dogs, as he/ she may be sharing space with other dogs. Shy dogs are fine, as I am good at making them feel comfortable and secure. I just request that your dog is not aggressive and doesn't exhibit behavioral issues with other dogs.

If your dog is not spayed or neutered, I will not be able to host your dog for boarding or daycare. 

 

Feedings times are monitored so each dog eats only their food. Food is lifted when they do not want to eat, as I cannot allow dogs to "graze" when watching multiple dogs. Even if they are shy, they generally adjust within a couple of days and eat just fine on a schedule.

 

Please make arrangements to have your dog groomed, nails trimmed, and deshedded (if needed) prior to overnight boarding. If you would like to book a grooming appointment with our local groomer during your dog's stay, please let me know in advance.

 

A "Meet and Greet" is required for all new friends prior to the first day care or overnight boarding booking confirmation. In my years of experience, it's good for both you and your pet to get a sense of my home and your pet can be familiar with where they would be staying. It also gives us a chance to discuss any specifics regarding your pet's needs.

 

I am very comfortable administering medications as well as caring for senior dogs. Please note that depending on the size of your senior dog and the nature of your dog's needs, the rate may be adjusted accordingly.
